history review
Today in history we looked at a piece of artwork of soldiers going into battle. In the artwork there was an angel above them which symbolized as hope that they would win or possibly protection. We also read a letter from Robert Shaw who witnessed his general steel furniture and moveable objects from the village and later burning it.
In english we read another chapter in "of mice and men" and we discussed what had happened in the earlier chapters.
My connection to the letter we read in history is what it would be like to be a nazi guard at a concentration camp. You know it is wrong what you are doing but if you refuse you would probably die yourself.
